Trump Tells Kentucky Crowd It’s “The Most Important Midterm in History” — Promises $100M Pharma Investment and $5,000 Dividends

ASN NEWS USA — SPECIAL REPORT

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, KY (ASN NEWS USA)— President Donald Trump took his midterm blitz to Northern Kentucky on Saturday, telling thousands inside Truist Arena that the November 3 midterms are “the most important midterm in the history of the United States.”

The rally — his second stop near Cincinnati in two weeks — was a full-throated pitch for Republican candidates, including Senate hopeful Andy Barr, running to replace longtime Sen. Mitch McConnell, and Rep. Ed Gallrein, the president’s endorsed pick in Kentucky’s 4th District.

Trump dangled big promises for a GOP sweep. The president said that if Republicans hold the House and Senate, the Department of War will invest $100 million in pharmaceutical company Antheia to revitalize a drug manufacturing facility in Winchester, Kentucky — a promise the Courier-Journal reported — and that every adult citizen would receive a $5,000 dividend.

One protester was removed as Trump took the stage. “Take him back home to mom,” Trump said as the crowd booed, claiming without evidence that protesters were paid $250.

The rally landed as the Cincinnati Enquirer cited the president’s approval rating at a record-low 36 percent — and as thousands turned out for “No Kings” counter-rallies near Louisville, where Rep. Morgan McGarvey urged voters to “go vote in November.”
