CHICAGO (ASN NEWS USA)— Influencer and super record producer Amir Shakur, in partnership with ASN News USA, is starting a 24/7 music and music video broadcasting network: Soul Hits 1 Virtual Radio.

The network will run around the clock, broadcasting music and music videos — a new stage built for artists and audiences alike, under the ASN Global Broadcast Network umbrella.

A long time coming

“This has been a long time coming, and it should have happened many years ago, but I didn’t have the right people around me,” Shakur said. “I don’t want other artists to go through the same thing that I went through.”

Built for artists

Shakur, a music producer and the founder of Push Music and King Seven Records, has spent more than 20 years as an independent producer in Chicago and abroad. Soul Hits 1 Virtual Radio grows out of that journey — a network shaped by what he learned building a career on his own terms, and by his determination that the next generation of artists has the support he did not.
